A partner since 2008, Ross became Global Head of Harneys Fiduciary in 2013. Prior to taking over responsibility Harneys' corporate and fiduciary arm, Ross practiced in Harneys' Funds team where he advised on all aspects of the formation, operation and restructuring of offshore investment funds as well as the impact of relevant financial services and securities laws.
Before joining Harneys, Ross worked in corporate finance at Hammonds. He is the former chairman of both the BVI Financial Services Commission Securities, Investment Business and Mutual Funds Advisory Committee and the BVI Investment Funds Association. Ross is also a current member of the Company Law Review Advisory Committee.
