Nicole Pineda leads our Banking and Finance practice in Cayman. Nicole advises international corporates and financial institutions on all forms of financing transactions involving Cayman Islands entities. Her practice is concentrated on structured finance and securitisation, including CLOs and emerging market future cash flow backed securities, international capital markets, project and infrastructure finance and secured lending.
Nicole also advises on a broad range of hedge fund and private equity transactions and all aspects of Cayman Islands financial services regulation. She has extensive experience in advising clients in Latin America in relation to both inward and outward investment.
Nicole is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
