Jessica is a partner in our Litigation and Insolvency practice group in the Cayman Islands office. She has experience in a broad range of commercial matters.
Before joining us in 2013, Jessica worked at AO Hall in Guernsey, advising on a range of commercial matters, many with a cross-border element. Before moving offshore, Jessica was a litigation lawyer at the Office of Fair Trading and was involved in the bank charges test case, prior to which she practised as a commercial litigator at a New Zealand law firm. Her current expertise includes insolvency and restructuring, trust litigation, financial services litigation, company disputes and fraud and asset tracking.
