Indira is a partner of the Banking & Finance practice group where she advises on all aspects of British Virgin Islands banking and finance transactions. Her client base includes multinational corporations and real estate investment companies.

Located in our London office, Indira has been with us for 20 years and became a partner in 2011. Her particular areas of expertise include emerging market debt, structured debt, derivatives, asset finance, project finance, capital markets, property finance transactions, insolvency, receivership and Islamic finance.
