Expertise and Professional Background
Zitian Ng is counsel in Harneys’ Singapore office where she advises a wide range of financial institutions, corporates and investment funds on the offshore law aspects of a variety of secured and unsecured financings. Her extensive transactional experience includes acquisition financing involving mandatory and voluntary takeover offers, schemes of arrangement and delisting proposals, real estate and property financing, project and public private partnerships financing, asset-backed receivables, trade financing and securitisations, Islamic financing, back-to-back onshore and offshore lending, as well as debt restructuring and vessel financing.
Prior to moving offshore, Zitian practised for seven years in the banking and finance department of leading Singapore firm WongPartnership LLP. She subsequently joined a large international bank where she advised on a broad range of corporate and investment banking, structured finance, derivatives and regulatory matters, with particular focus on the wealth management and private banking sector.
