Jessica Williams joined Harneys in 2013 and is a partner in the Litigation and Insolvency Department in the Cayman Islands office.
Jessica has experience in a broad range of commercial matters including insolvency and restructuring, trust litigation, financial services litigation, company disputes and fraud and asset tracking. She is recommended by Legal 500 in the Cayman Islands for her dispute resolution and contentious trust expertise.
Before joining Harneys, Jessica worked at AO Hall in Guernsey advising on a range of commercial matters, many with a cross border element. Before moving offshore, Jessica was a litigation lawyer at the Office of Fair Trading and was involved in the bank charges test case, prior to which she practised as a commercial litigator at a New Zealand law firm.
