Expertise and Professional Background
Christopher has over 10 years’ offshore experience. He advises on the establishment and maintenance of all types of Cayman Islands hedge and private equity funds, together with advising on a wide range of Cayman and BVI corporate, banking and finance matters.
Prior to joining Harneys, Christopher worked for Walkers in their London and Cayman offices and prior to that worked for Clifford Chance and White & Case in, respectively, their funds and structured finance groups. Christopher’s experience also includes secondments to Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Christopher originally trained as a Barrister undertaking pupillage at a leading set of commercial chancery chambers (now consolidated into Maitland Chambers).
